    Several LEAD DSP roles open in Hillsboro  


    • 18 years old or older
    • High School Diploma or a GED (proof required)
    • Pass a drug screen and criminal background check according to Bethesda policy
    • Valid driver's license (unless working overnight shift)
    • 2 years of experience as a Direct Support Professional/Caregiver

    • Providing support to people by assisting in the development and implementation of all support plans
    • Providing interaction and choices for activities that support a meaningful day
    • Assisting people with daily needs and helping them achieve personal goals/desires as well as independence in activities of daily living
    • Assisting with information gathering for Personal Outcome Measures, and other assessments
    • Assisting people with maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly home by following safety and infection control procedures
    • Documenting and reporting routine and unusual events in a concise, understandable, and legible manner
    • Assisting people with fiscal management while safeguarding their funds.
    • This may include completing ledgers, reconciling accounts and assisting people with spending.
